Food is at the heart of everything Maria does. Every menu is personally created and prepared by Maria, built around the occasion, the setting and, most importantly, the people around the table.

03 / Celebrations
Maria takes an idea and builds an entire world around it.
From the initial concept through to the final guest leaving, she can personally oversee every element of an occasion: food, styling, tablescapes, flowers, entertainment, drinks, music and production.
Room 01 · First birthday
A first birthday on safari: a screen wall of pink elephants and flamingos, a lion and giraffes among tree-trunk stands, and low tables dressed in leaves for the smallest guests.
Room 02 · Children's birthday
A double fourth birthday, built as a jungle: a long table for the little guests, a dessert table under a neon four, and a T-rex waiting at the door.
Room 03 · Easter
A courtyard turned into a spring garden: pastel balloon arches, bunnies, baskets for the egg hunt, and a low table set indoors for the youngest guests.
Room 04 · Christmas
An immersive grotto: snow falling on the walls, a starry room, and a meeting with Father Christmas.

A surprise birthday, all disco: silver and black, mirror balls, a long cake lit with candles, and every detail to match, down to the cups.
